Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to perform floor care tasks across designated areas. The role includes cleaning, stripping and waxing, carpet care, and safety-conscious operations in a fast-paced facility setting.

Starting pay is $16.15 per hour with full-time schedule; benefits are provided and the company emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork across retail, industrial, and logistics spaces.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and chemical handling sheets (English; Spanish if required by state).
• Ability to lift 15–25 pounds and to handle ongoing manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout on designated areas.
• Scrub, shine, and clean carpeted and non-carpeted floors; mop, sweep, and vacuum."
• Move large furniture when needed and follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Follow manufacturer specifications for preparing chemicals and using equipment.
• Report needed repairs or safety hazards to supervisor.
