Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time openings for Warehouse Floor Technician in California. Starts at $17/hour. Duties include floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and carpet upkeep. Schedule varies with days/nights and weekends. Join a team focused on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines to prevent injury.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized
• Follow the manufacturer's specifications for preparing chemicals and using the equipment.
• Ensure building doors and windows are secure and locked.
• Report to Supervisor needed repairs or safety hazards or conditions requiring additional service.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
