Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring full-time Warehouse Floor Technicians to maintain floors in a fast-paced facility environment. Shifts vary and may include weekends; starting pay is $18.50 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, carpet care, and reporting safety hazards.

Qualifications

• One year of floor care experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals (English; Spanish sometimes).
• Shift flexibility including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects when necessary and follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized.
