Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to support cleaning and floor care across designated areas. You will operate cleaning equipment, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety protocols on a rotating schedule including days/nights and weekends.

Starting pay is $17 per hour, with benefits for full-time employees. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and the ability to handle physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds as part of shifting duties.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching to perform tasks.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment safely per guidelines.
• Read and interpret safety rules and chemical handling documents (in English).
• Experience with floor care or janitorial tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Report to supervisor needed repairs or safety hazards.
