Job summary

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions (English; Spanish where required)
• Regular bending, lifting, reaching and manual dexterity

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Report to Supervisor any needed repairs or safety hazards.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment and follow safety guidelines.
