Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs in a fast-paced environment to help improve workplace safety and maintain clean spaces. Starting pay is $16.78 per hour with morning shifts available from 06:00 to 11:00 and 05:00 to 10:00.

Position performs carpet and floor care tasks, moves furniture as needed, and follows safety guidelines. Benefits and non-exempt status apply, with training and timekeeping via KBSPresence.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to operate janitorial tools and equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects safely while following safety guidelines.
