Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings to join our Floor Tech crew. Starting Pay: $14.0 per hour. Shifts Available: 4am-9am.

Qualifications

• One year of floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and chemical handling guidelines (English; Spanish where state requires).
• Ability to lift 15–25 pounds and perform physical tasks required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning tasks including strip/wax, extraction, and bonnet cleaning.
• Scrub, shine, and clean carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture safely and follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Report required repairs or safety hazards to the supervisor and follow company policies.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as needed.
• Possess one year of floor care experience preferred.
