Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) in Charleston, SC is hiring full-time Floor Techs to support our fast-paced facilities team. Starting pay is $16.40 per hour with shifts from 5am to 10am and weekend requirements.

As a Floor Tech, you will perform spot removal, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and grout sealing across designated areas while following safety guidelines and maintaining equipment. Lifting up to 49 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with floor care tasks such as spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Ability to read basic safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning and maintenance in assigned areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and apply chemicals per manufacturer specs.
• Keep janitor closets clean and organized.
• Report safety hazards or repairs to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
