Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and chemical sheets (English; Spanish where state required).
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching; manual dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, extraction, bonnet cleaning, and sealing.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and assist with safety/compliance as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards to supervisor.
