Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals (English; Spanish in some states).
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching; manual dexterity in hands and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks: spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming; move furniture as needed.
• Report safety hazards and repairs to the Supervisor; follow company policies and procedures.
