Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs for full-time, permanent roles in a fast-paced environment. Duties include cleaning floors, carpet care, and operating janitorial equipment while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and chemical safety sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning tasks: extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout.
• Clean floors and stairs using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Move large furniture safely and report safety hazards or needed repairs.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as required.
• One year of floor care experience preferred.
