Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs in a full-time, permanent role. Starting pay is $12.41 per hour. Duties include floor care: stripping, waxing, bonnet cleaning, scrubbing, carpet care, and safety-compliant operations.

Formación

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Read safety material in English; some Spanish where required by state.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching.

Responsabilidades

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized.
• Follow manufacturers' specs for preparing chemicals and using equipment.
• Ensure doors and windows are secure and locked.
• Report to supervisor needed repairs or safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Operate janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies; not all duties required.
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app usage for clock-in/out.
