Qualifications

• Lift and move up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and chemical safety sheets (English; Spanish where required).
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks: spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Clean carpets and floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Keep janitor closet organized and report repairs or safety hazards.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
