Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is seeking full-time Floor Techs to join our crew in a fast-paced environment focused on safety and quality cleaning across retail, healthcare, and industrial facilities.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with benefits eligibility for qualifying staff. You will perform floor care duties, operate cleaning equipment, follow safety guidelines, and report repairs to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and chemical safety documents.
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment.
• One year of floor care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines.
• Report to Supervisor needed repairs, safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies.
