Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Progressive sales background in equipment rental or related industry.
• Customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue goals for assigned territory.
• Carry out direct sales activity for priority segments and create penetration plans.
• Cross-sell with existing sales professionals.
• Participate in ride-alongs to develop business and product knowledge.
• Attend trade associations and networking events to build brand awareness.
• Provide training and demonstrations on flooring equipment to customers.
