Herc Rentals seeks a Floor Care Solutions Driver Tech to service, clean, and maintain floor care equipment and to deliver and install equipment at customer sites. You will support Floor Care Representatives by ensuring equipment is in optimal condition and readily available for rental.

The role emphasizes strong equipment knowledge, safe operation, and excellent customer service while using devices like iPads and laptops to document daily activities and change orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience with mechanical/technical skills.
• CDL is a plus or valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and clean floor care equipment to keep it ready for use.
• Deliver, load, unload, install, and remove equipment at customer sites.
• Provide professional customer service during delivery and installation.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and readiness to rent; keep organized.
• Plan daily delivery and pickup schedules according to business needs.
• Represent Herc Rentals in communications with customers and internal teams.
