Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Floor Care Sales Representative in the United States to drive revenue for flooring products and related solutions. The role requires selling to priority segments, educating customers, and collaborating with a broad network of sales professionals to expand market presence.

The successful candidate will train customers, demonstrate equipment, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Progressive sales background and operational management experience in the equipment rental or related industry.
• Customer service experience required; knowledge of equipment specifications and setup.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue goals for assigned territory.
• Carry out direct sales activity for priority segments; create effective sales penetration plans.
• Cultivate cross-selling with existing sales professionals.
• Attend trade associations and networking events to build external brand awareness.
• Provide training and demonstrations on flooring equipment to employees and customers.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and provide quotes to customers.
• Perform job walks and setups to ensure optimal solutions.
