Key-Whitman Eye Center is seeking a Patient Counselor - Floating to support the DFW Metroplex. This role involves interacting with patients, physicians, and teammates, guiding them from the initial inquiry through consultation and procedures for vision correction options such as Cataract/Lasik.

You will travel to nearby facilities within the DFW area and work closely with surgeons to tailor the best treatment plan.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree desired.
• Minimum of three years of sales/relationship management experience.
• Previous experience in a medical environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and create a comfortable environment.
• Counsel prospective patients and educate on vision correction options.
• Obtain patient history and payment information; discuss financing options.
• Schedule surgeries and post-op appointments; follow up on leads.
• Travel to nearby facilities within the DFW Metroplex; work with surgeons to select best option.
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies and procedures; professional appearance.
