Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Patient Counselor-Float to support the DFW Metroplex area, greeting patients, educating on vision correction options, and coordinating from initial call through consultation and procedures.

You will travel to nearby facilities, work with surgeons, handle scheduling, financing discussions, and follow up on leads, contributing to a patient-centric experience in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least three years in sales/relationship management.
• Prior medical environment experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a comfortable environment.
• Counsel prospective patients and educate on vision correction options.
• Discuss procedure details, history, and payment options.
• Schedule surgeries and post-op appointments.
• Follow up on marketing leads and counseled patients.
• Travel to nearby facilities within the DFW Metroplex area.
