Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) and TPA licensure.
• 1–3 years of clinical practice experience; new graduates welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages.
• Support five Ideal Eye practices across multiple locations.
• Educate patients about ocular health and vision care.
• Recommend eyewear and vision products to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain a high-quality patient experience across clinics.
