Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with scheduling, services, insurance and payments.
• Gather information to determine priority and appropriate treatment area.
• Recall patients who have been inactive as directed.
• Collaborate with supervisor to meet scheduling and patient satisfaction goals.
• Counsel patients on procedures and billing as needed.
• Foster a positive, accountable work environment.
