Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced Unit Chef for the collegiate dining team in Morrow, GA. As a floating chef, you will supervise and participate in meal preparation across multiple locations as assigned.

You will plan menus, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure high standards of service while coordinating with campus dining leadership. This full-time onsite role offers competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• At least three years in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise culinary operations for retail and catering services.
• Plan menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutrition.
• Coordinate with district managers on daily dining service aspects.
• Direct and coordinate kitchen staff activities.
• Other tasks as assigned.
