Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to join our collegiate team at Clayton State University in Morrow, GA. You will directly oversee the production and service of meals, ensuring recipes are followed and daily needs and contractual obligations are met.

Lead hands-on supervision of kitchen staff, maintain high quality and consistent service, and support campus dining operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Food Handler’s certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on supervision for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
