Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers, engage in lobby management, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently per policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints in the system and escalate when needed.
• Introduce sales opportunities to banking partners and facilitate referrals.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Complete AML/KYC related activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote M&T Bank brand and maintain internal controls and audit readiness.
