Avenue5 Residential seeks a Floating Property Manager to oversee operations for properties in Spokane and North Idaho. The role covers resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing to attract and retain residents.

You will lead site teams, ensure client expectations are met, and drive initiatives across property operations. A strong background in property management and customer service is essential, with travel between properties likely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and develop associates by communicating a shared vision and coaching.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Follow operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and the corporate office.
