Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Property Manager to oversee operations across properties in the Denver area. The role focuses on resident satisfaction, lease administration, and property performance, with a salary of $85,000 to $90,000 per year and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will manage daily property operations, lead a team of associates, and coordinate with clients while delivering strong customer service. Avenue5 offers mentoring, development, and a comprehensive wellness program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or a similar system preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Execute strategic marketing plans to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management agreements.
