Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management in Loveland, CO is hiring a Leasing/Property Assistant to support leasing efforts and coordinate marketing for multiple communities.

You will manage day-to-day operations, build relationships with tenants and vendors, handle maintenance, rent collection, and move-out inspections, traveling between properties as needed.

Strong computer skills, proficiency with Yardi, and excellent communication are essential; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Prior property management/leasing experience with 100+ units is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Knowledge of Yardi is preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing efforts and marketing programs for multiple communities.
• Manage day-to-day operations across properties.
• Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Handle maintenance requests, leasing tasks, and financial oversight.
• Travel between properties to provide support as needed.
• Process applications and conduct credit checks.
• Communicate professionally about property issues.
• Collect and process rent payments and issue notices for non-payment.
• Inspect units at move-out and ensure quality and cleanliness.
