Job summary

Brothers Property Management seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support two properties in the Denver area. The role covers clerical duties, leasing support, and daily operations to sustain long‑term property viability.

You will assist with paperwork, resident files, rent processing, and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong customer service and coordinating community activities across Plaza Townhomes and Valor on the Fax. Travel within the Denver metro is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in an office environment, preferably in property management.
• Knowledge of RealPage Onesite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support and receptionist duties for two properties.
• Assist leasing and occupancy tasks, show apartments and process applications.
• Maintain resident files and waitlists per BPM requirements.
• Process rents, invoicing, and delinquency reports.
• Deliver strong customer service and coordinate community activities.
• Travel between Denver properties for meetings and training as needed.
