Job summary

Brothers Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to provide clerical and administrative support for two properties in Aurora and Denver. You will assist with leasing, occupancy tasks, and file maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a valid Colorado driver's license. Travel between properties in the Denver Metro area is expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in an office setting, preferably in affordable housing.
• Experience with RealPage Onesite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Colorado driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to two properties.
• Assist Community Managers with leasing, occupancy tasks.
• Maintain resident files and records in compliance.
• Handle rent collection, invoicing, and delinquency reporting.
• Assist with property inspections and move-in/out processes.
• Travel between properties in the Denver Metro area as needed.
