Job summary

CYM Living is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee a geographic area of buildings and lead leasing activities. You will show units, walk-throughs, and lease to prospective residents while coordinating with the corporate office.

You’ll manage rent collection, maintenance follow-ups, and ensure properties stay in excellent condition. Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office plus a reliable car are required; flexibility to show units as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management and/or leasing experience; multi-site management is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to show units.
• Access to a reliable automobile is REQUIRED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong communication via mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Show, walk through, and lease units to prospective residents.
• Manage paperwork flow between prospective residents and corporate office.
• Follow up on maintenance/repair requests to keep properties in excellent condition.
• Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures when needed.
• Pass annual Section 8 unit screening to ensure continued revenue.
• Perform routine property visits at various times day/night.
• Navigate and update Yardi software.
• Handle resident complaints and ensure satisfaction.
