LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract assignment in Bloomington, IN and surrounding areas. The role involves performing phlebotomy duties, venipuncture, labeling and processing specimens, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

The position requires a valid phlebotomy certification, at least 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital, and a HS diploma or GED. Travel to multiple site locations is expected with mileage reimbursed.

Formación

• Valid Phlebotomy certification as required by state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection with proper labeling and documentation.
• Prepare and transport specimens, ensuring chain-of-custody and labeling accuracy.
• Explain venipuncture procedure clearly to patients and adhere to safety and OSHA/DEP regulations.
• Attend annual departmental trainings and maintain equipment and records.
