Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking a phlebotomist for Bloomington, IN and surrounding areas. This contract role runs 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities include blood draws, specimen labeling, transport, and maintaining accurate records while following OSHA guidelines. The position requires a valid phlebotomy certification and at least 2 years of related experience. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Formación

• Valid phlebotomy license/certification where required.
• Minimum of 2 years' venipuncture experience in a lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with patient identification and specimen labeling.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection following protocols.
• Label, centrifuge, and handle specimens per test orders.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with throughput.
• Ensure OSHA biosafety compliance and PPE usage.
• Assist with training and workflow improvements as needed.
