Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations in a healthcare setting.
• Customer-focused front desk with ability to manage schedules.
• Experience handling insurance verifications and authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments to optimize utilization.
• Complete insurance verifications and authorizations.
