SportsMed Physical Therapy in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. In this front-desk role you will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify benefits, and enter data accurately to keep operations smooth.

You will collaborate with clinicians, support billing, and strive to exceed office goals. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; experience in a medical environment is preferred. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical front desk or patient-facing role.
• Proficient with EMR systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to handle insurance verifications and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and visitors in person or by telephone.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments to optimize provider time.
• Complete insurance verifications for patients.
• File and retrieve patient records for ready access.
• Notify providers of arrivals and delays to stay on schedule.
• Maintain patient accounts with up-to-date personal and financial information.
• Record and collect patient charges; manage third-party claims.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow policies.
