Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties in Portland, OR. The role focuses on delivering high-quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and rapid service to residents while maintaining safety and cleanliness across grounds and facilities.

Responsibilities include preparing apartments, responding to service requests, and supporting the maintenance team with various trades; on-call shifts may be required to handle after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification are required.
• CPO certification is required.
• Read and understand policy manuals, safety rules and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks and report issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Conduct upkeep of grounds, amenities and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Attend required trainings and follow safety procedures.
