Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations and ensure properties comply with company policies and all regulations. You will coordinate with the maintenance team to handle service requests and maintain unit readiness across the assigned portfolio.

The role involves supervising preventive maintenance, upkeep of common areas, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met while working across multiple California properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies, standards, and all regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and manage work orders.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry and related areas.
• Monitor safety, scheduling, and budget adherence for maintenance tasks.
