Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and standards, and local, state and federal regulations.
• Manage service requests and unit make-ready standards to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor maintenance costs to keep them within the property budget and assist with budgets.
