Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review service requests, track progress, and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly and maintain professional standards.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related areas.
• Maintain safety, risk management, and budget adherence.
