Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and supervise the maintenance team across multiple properties. You will ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and all regulations while managing service requests, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least three years in property management or related field, and hands-on maintenance and carpentry skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policy and standards.
• Review and prioritize service requests and plan for preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Perform maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges and operations.
• Manage safety, risk, and budget adherence for assigned properties.
