Job summary

Honor Credit Union is seeking a Floating Member Specialist to cover branches in South Haven and Allegan, with travel to other locations as needed. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding member service, handling loans, new accounts, and digital-solution education.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, MLO registration, and 1–3 years of related experience, plus strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be or become registered as an MLO and have a Nationwide Licensing Number.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to multiple branch locations as business needs require.
• Deliver excellent member service and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Assist members with new loans and products, open and maintain memberships and new accounts, advise on financial solutions.
• Educate members to use digital solutions to enhance their experience.
• Resolve member questions promptly or refer to appropriate teammates.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
