Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Floater Member Relationship Specialist to support branch locations, deliver outstanding member service, and cross-sell credit union products. You will handle new accounts, loan transactions, and documentation while traveling between branches as needed.

This role offers a base hourly pay of $24.00 to $31.00, with a 5% float differential and a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial institution products and services.
• Experience handling cash and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to cross-sell products to meet member needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and rotate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Members, volunteers, and service providers.
• Cross-sell Redwood Credit Union products and services.
• Open accounts and match member needs to products.
• Determine appropriate loan products and complete loan documentation.
• Safeguard member information and confidentiality.
