Harborstone Credit Union is seeking a float Member Services Representative to support Central and South District Branches. You will assist with member service, account maintenance, teller transactions, and product referrals to help members achieve their financial goals.

This non-exempt role requires traveling to various branches, delivering exceptional service, and educating members on digital tools, with opportunities for professional growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service, retail, banking, or financial services experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with transactions.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Able to adapt and provide service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to branch locations to support operations.
• Deliver excellent member service and create positive experiences.
• Open new accounts and assist with maintenance.
• Answer member questions in person, by phone, and by email.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Educate members on products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Identify opportunities to refer solutions that fit members' needs.
• Resolve member concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with confidentiality and regulations.
