Job summary

Harborstone Credit Union is seeking a float Member Services Representative to support Central and South District Branches. You will assist with member service, account maintenance, teller transactions, and product referrals to help members achieve their financial goals.

This non-exempt role requires traveling to various branches, delivering exceptional service, and educating members on digital tools, with opportunities for professional growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service, retail, banking, or financial services experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with transactions.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Able to adapt and provide service in a fast-paced environment.

The Member Service Representative- Float is a front-line banking professional who serves as a trusted resource for Harborstone members. This role will support multiple branches with member service, account management, teller transactions, financial education, and product referrals to help individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals.

This is a float Member Services Representative position that will service Central and South District Branches as needed.

What You'll Do

• Travel as needed to branch locations to support branch operations and contribute to overall branch success

• Resolve member concerns and problems quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all compliance and confidentiality requirements.

Physical Considerations:

• Must be able to effectively read, write, and listen as well as communicate verbally, electronically and in written form with employees, members, board members, vendors, and the general public as required.
• May be asked to handle, move, and/or carry large boxes of supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.
• May require stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching for limited periods of time.
• May require sitting and standing for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to branch locations
