Job summary

Community West Credit Union in West Michigan is seeking a Float Member Service Representative to provide prompt, courteous support to members with financial needs and service requests. In-office role with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm EST.

Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments, maintaining cash drawer, and answering questions about accounts and services. Growth opportunities and a supportive work environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of banking/teller experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear, respectful, professional communication is essential.
• Proficiency with computer basics including Word and Excel.
• Basic math skills and keyboard literacy helpful.
• Member-first mindset is important.

Responsibilities

• Perform member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, money orders, and cashier's checks using the CBX system.
• Maintain cash drawer and accurately account for funds.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about accounts, payments, products, and services; identify opportunities to recommend CWCU offerings.
