Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician in Nashville, TN to perform a variety of apartment and property maintenance tasks and to uphold outstanding resident service. Responsibilities include repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds, plus preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and after-hours support as part of an on-call rotation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least one year in property management, a valid

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• EPA or HVAC certification preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.
