Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician who will handle apartment and property maintenance tasks and uphold top-notch customer service and curb appeal across assigned properties. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year in property management or related field, and general maintenance/carpentry skills.

A valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as directed.
• Carry out carpentry duties like wall repairs, cabinet replacement, and door/lock repairs.
• Maintain safety, curb appeal, and cleanliness of property; respond to resident needs.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety programs and adhere to company rules and risk management.
