Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician in Nashville, TN. The role covers diverse on-site maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and more, with responsibilities to keep residents happy and properties well-maintained.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with an on-call rotation, on-site work, and benefits focused on health, financial wellness, and professional development. You’ll join a team dedicated to safety, service, and curb appeal.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry is required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• EPA or HVAC certification preferred.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Complete carpentry tasks like wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, window repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, and elevator systems.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow, fires, floods) as needed.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to leadership.
• Uphold safety and risk management per rules.
• Participate in after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Promote customer satisfaction through cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Build positive relationships with residents and properties.
• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance.
• Adhere to the company risk management program.
