Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to service multiple communities in the designated market. You will perform a broad range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs as assigned, traveling between properties under supervision.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of maintenance experience. HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required depending on the site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and respect access controls.
