Westover Property Management Company Lp is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support our Pennsylvania portfolio. This role moves between properties as needed, tackling preventative maintenance, repairs and routine service requests to keep units and common areas in excellent condition.

Demonstrate work ethic, safety awareness and teamwork while performing preventative maintenance, repairs and service requests.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of building trades such as HVAC, electrical or plumbing.
• Ability to safely use standard hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and service requests for units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
• Attend in-house trainings and keep property logs up to date.
• Share on-call responsibilities to support property operations.
• Maintain inventory and a stocked shop for maintenance supplies.
