Job summary

Westover Property Management Company Lp is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to travel between Florida properties. This role includes a $1000 sign-on bonus, a monthly gas allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package with medical, vision, and dental insurance.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, handle service requests, and address preventative maintenance at units and common areas, while supporting on-call duties and collaborating with leasing and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance and service requests.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Must provide own basic hand tools.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work on ladders/roofs with safety protocols.
• Willingness to participate in on-call schedule.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Communicate and work well with leasing and maintenance staff.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers, and preventative maintenance at units and common areas.

• Attend in-house training as required and maintain property logs.
• Maintain inventory and stocked shop; complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Identify safety hazards and communicate issues; follow company safety procedures.
• Ability to work on ladders/roofs and lift objects as required.
